How long does it take to fully heal from these tho?

I've been dealing with major shoulder pain mainly in left sometimes in my right as well but bro my left shoulder snaps cracks and pops more than Rice Krispies and when taking my elbow away from my body feels at its weakest and doing The empty can test I can barely even do it I've been dealing with this now going on for 10 years😢
