You can also store items in a cooking pot so it doesn't even take up space. And since they added the vikhr a VSS with a 30 round mag is the only weapon you'll need. Good for long range good for mid range, good against zombies. Has armor piercing rounds. Or use an SVAL with an atog.

Backpack

I always pick up a smoke and always think "i can use this if I'm being door camped" but it never really happens when I have one untill the other day. I threw the smoke and it rolled so far away from where I wanted it that it was useless.

It takes experience to find good loot, but even more experience to know what loot to leave behind.

Another Tip: Always unload every weapon you find and throw it away by pressing the G-Button. Escpecially when you are planning to stay in a town for a while.

Use the fishing rod when you find one in Sakal because you get a higher percentage of the fish per piece than using a stick. Not sure about Cherno.

Inventory management is easy. Take what will help you survive the longest. Food, Drinks, a pack of Tetra and ammo is what I keep. Along with the guns on my back.

Brass Knuckles are highly underrated. 3 power hits and most infected are down. It weighs 0.25, takes up only two spaces, is very durable and very discreet. Just learn how to block and figure out the patterns. Never need another melee weapon.

After I finish using my simple fishing rod, I deconstruct it with my knife, then wear the rope as a belt which then holds said knife, freeing up space from both items.

I always wonder how many people games like this have added to the % of the population likely to survive the actual collapse of society. 😂

Why ya all need tetracycline? Pretty easy to not ever get sick.

I’d argue that the can opener is next to useless. If you use a knife to open a can, you barely lose any of the food inside. It might be small, but it’s dead weight

The sporter is slept on cant hear it at distance and with hunting scope can cause massive bleeds to legs and easy follow up shots

Great video as always. However i would say that carrying a fishing rod is not pointless, fishing with a longstick gives you fish with 33% remain but the fishing rod gives you 100% (with the proper hook and less with the wooden) so the long stick means you spend 3x time longer fishing. Keep up the content :)

Seriously wish we could just get auto ammo stacking.

Another tip is to split all your doubles into your pants and jacket. That way if you get shot in the jacket and things ruined, you still have a good magazine or bandage in your pants.

Is fun to force inventory management by only using a little 20/25 slot sachel or even just a ghillie suit. If you can survive well with mining space, you can survive with more!

I like to carry a water bottle and canteen….then fill the canteen with gas. Most dont read the description lol

I use smoke grenades all the time. Mostly I just chuck the towards people then run away or log off, but still.

Everything in my inventory serves a purpose... "I might need it sometime...same for the two backups, just in case."

Making a drybag stash is rewlly usefull and easy if you re in a town and need to leave something behind !

The two most OP items are rope (extra carry space for knife & fishing - if you can fish, you're sorted)

- and the cooking pot/gas stove combo, while storing items, while storing water!

I also really like the crossbow as you can make your own bolts.. I like the self sufficiency builds more than straight scavenger.. would love the option of a carabiner or harness so we can front carry a weapon

First tip is one of the worst and what not to do in my opinion, dont skip a gun because it sucks if you have nothing the sporter when used well can cause a ton of bleeds rapidly with enough ammo it is a definite pickup for me when you have nothing any ranged is better then nada. Dump that piece of garbage ofcourse the moment you find anything else :) As a first weapon when naked it is underrated in my opinion.

Rope and cooking gas stove with pot is up and can get you far

Don't put grenades on your vest.......trust me.

A suppressed Skorpion with 2 mags is 40 rounds, 14 inventory space and can be automatic. A 22 pistol with 30 rounds is also 14 inventory space but doesn’t hit as hard and can’t be auto. My personal preference is the Skorpion but I like them both.
