I’m so sorry but I’m shouting a huge NO! to your bed choices. I can understand your other choices. I think the 2 bed styles you showed us have zero character. They look so sterile. The second choice with curves looks feminine. If these are upholstered just think how dirty that fabric is going to get. Really, really high maintenance. Please not those beds. If you like the lightness, please go with a white wash light wood bed instead. The first time you get a mark accidentally on that upholstered bed you’re gonna regret it. I especially like that marble table you saw somewhere. That piece would be awesome if you can find it. Please, re-think your bed choice.

I just bought black and white Turkish towels from Etsy that are authentic from Turkey and they were extremely affordable :)

The jute rugs leave some much dirt underneath them, I wouldn’t put them on carpet. I have one on a wood floor and I still hate all the dirt underneath.

Love your style so much! I feel personally that you should try not to think in terms of your apt being temporary even though it is. I think it puts limits on bringing your home together how you really want it look. Anything you purchase will go with you to your new home. A media console would really bring your living room together and will feel so cozy as well.

Brandy, I love to hear your vision and thoughts about what you're looking for to furnish and decorate your new home. Bed #1 would be my first choice too. I love that it's classy. The joy in your voice says it all and its not trendy with accents nor added features that you may not want to invest in. I personally love what I love and it may not have a high ticket price and I'm not lured into buying the viral anything. I say you choose what you love, what sparks that feeling of home. Things are what you add to a home. The feeling is what you share with Zach. I'm sure each room, each nook will be done with all the love in your heart. I cannot recommend Facebook Marketplace more as a great place to fing unique pieces that are more affordable. I don’t know about Arizona, but where I live antiques are much more affordable on fb than in stores.

I just wanna say I love your passion for decor and design, your very descriptive I just love it. I can tell you’re very excited and I’m excited for you too. Our styles are so different. I also have a passion for decor and design as well. That’s the beauty of design and decor styles is having different taste and styles but being able to appreciate good design style. Your vision is so beautiful. I enjoy your videos like I said our styles are very different but I think it’s you and how you express and present everything is present everything is perfect. I’ve been in my new custom new build for about 2 weeks I’m so ready to decorate I have purchased so much new decor for this house I’m excited to hit the ground running. But first is the unpacking and organizing once I get more settled the fun part will begin the styling with my new decor. But first unpacking ugh lol. Congrats on your new apartment it beautiful.

Brandy, I love your inspiration. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I just redecorated this year and love the cohesiveness of a color palette. I wake up so grateful. You might consider buying a smaller size rug to "test" and return in order to decide on color/weight in your space. Put it under a piece of furniture on top of your current carpet and see how it "walks." I put a Safavieh Himalayan rug over top of my carpet in my bedroom apartment only because it was heavy and it didn't move as I walked across it. Lighter weight ones did, or I couldn't open the closet doors over top of them. Also jute under bare feet may not be as cozy as you're thinking it would be. Take baby steps and finish one room so you're happy with your vision in your space. I've found I still have that wanting feeling when I leave the vision of a room undone. Note, things with round bottoms like your table or even a swivel chair have to fit onto a flat surface or they wobble. Table legs can have a leg off the carpet and one on, but a round bottom table/chair can't. Love your enthusiasm.

It’s so exciting getting to see the vision of your rooms from the beginning!! I really love the first bed, but the second bed is pretty, too. It doesn’t seem quite as much like it fits your vision for the room. I was wondering, have you thought about a vintage/antique dresser for under your tv? You could store so much in the drawers, like your extra decor books, candles, extra table linens, etc. The marble table in the salon is out of this world! I can see why you were so drawn to it. If you found a base somewhere that you loved (maybe wood) you could find a remnant to have cut for the top. I’d love to see you diy a beautiful white antique finish on it. I’m glad to hear that you’re thinking about some abstract art in your bedroom, and I’m hoping that means you’re going to paint something! It will take time to create the look you both want, and it will be so much fun being along for the ride!!

I live in a temporary space here in AZ too. And I had the same dilemma with the couch... didn't want to spend a lot on Pottery Barn, etc. but wanted something light in color. I ended up buying a cream Boucle sofa from Living Spaces for about $880, sight unseen. It's beautiful, but so uncomfortable and impractical. I never use it. It's decor, lol. I miss my perfectly fine 8 month old brown sofa bed that was so unbelievably comfortable, even the mattress! Make this space home on a budget until you are in a more permanent place. I focused on a color palette and decor mostly, and bought inexpensive but tasteful furniture pieces that I wouldn't mind selling at a future time.

The jute rug shreds and you can’t clean it if you get a stain plus uncomfortable on the feet.

For the sofa, if you love it, why not have a slipcover made for it? A few years ago I had my Nan's sofa recovered by slipcovershop and it came out perfect for a reasonable price. You can easily do the measurements and price it out online. I adore the slipcover bed, also. Definitely the square if it was me! Get what you want in the now. If you keep going back to that, then stick with it.
