The University of Memphis Richardson Towers Dorm Tour

I'm jealous! They didn;t have those beds and furniture when I stayed there! (around 2003/2004). Also RT dorm rooms KICK ASS without a roomate!

your bed is brand new. i lived there in 06 and there was no room underneath beds unless you had raisers. and quiet? rofl you must be on a hell of a nice floor. i guranfuckingtee that you moved out and were glad you moved out as soon as spring semester was over. i'm sure you enjoyed the 6am fire alarms as well, right? oversold. big time.

@worknman1978 he's lying. the thermostats are pieces of shit and never work correctly. it's either freezing or burning up. i kept my window open 24/7 because it was so stuffy.

My boyfriend is going there currently and he moved out of his dorm like 3 weeks ago because he couldn't take the noise at his end of the hall.....and his roommate was a really loud snorer, ha!

Fun to see. Interiors are a lot different from 1968/1969. That was when this was Central Towers and it was brand new. I was the R.A ON 5TH FLOOR (SINGLE ROOM) ACROSS FROM THE ELEVATORS.

I loved living there.

I stayed in rooms 1030 and 1026 (Penthouse) from 95-97.  Then, I moved to Carpenter.

I'm going there when I get older😍👏👊👌❤💞💋😘

This building has been torn down now 😔

Many upgrades since I lived there in 83-84, we had a tall, long double desk that divided the room in half - shame to see this building go.

I stayed on the 6th floor in 1999-2000 then moved to Robison Hall from 2000-2002. Those desks and chairs...I should’ve asked for one for nostalgia.

Wow. Can't wait to live there!
