It’s such a strange feeling to have a crowd around you and feel so alone. And on top of that people think you’re looking for pity when you’re just consciously trying to explain and in a way validate your feelings and emotions. I’m there with you and I think many women are as well but they’re afraid to talk about it. I have no idea why because in a way- it shames those who feel that way. Hey, I apologise for my bad comment on your other video. I guess Pluto got me into a mood. You should love yourself first. Even though it can be difficult. I am dealing a bit with what you do, because I chose an untraditional path — and failed quite a lot. I find good routines, meditating and cutting out bullshit or minimising it works. Positive self-thought and affirmations work as well. Things come when they do.

I have watched many of your videos and i want to thank you for being a great support in your radiant way. I am not even sure if i remember right, but i think it was YOu who said something very very encouraging in one of your videos. You said that you want to believe that everything will always be okay and you are always going to be okay, no matter what happens. You sounded so confident and assuring and it really gave hope for me too! I have been very sad because i had lost faith and trust in life, and your words just made me feel so much better. I always remembered them and it changed something in my life! Thank you for talking to us even though we are not really some ppl who can be there with you now during holiday. Christmas is not a special day for me. It was some other person's video from where i learned something very nice too: they said that we should spend every day like we spend Christmas, so i guess we should have noble and respectful and gracious attitude in life and we should be grateful, every day. Not just on this time of the year but always. I made it my goal:)

This is so honest and I have a very eerily similar experience. You’re so courageous to admit this. I don’t have friends, my family is distant and have their own families. I’m 39 and I decided at this big age that I’ve been holding my true feelings hostage for everyone else sake. I’m tired of giving into impulse. I’m delaying instant gratifications for something of substance. It’s crazy how I’d be in a room full of people but still felt lonely. I decided enough and going forward I’m on a mission to truly live authentic. I understand the road I’m traveling is less traveled and I’m not going to have loads of friends and support. I’m ok with this and now focus on the quality vs the quantity. I don’t have all the answers but I’m just taking it day by day. I’m focused more on my daily interactions and goals. I’m unpacking and learning to truly give myself love and compassion. Hope you’re feeling better and is doing well currently. ❤️

I am NOT sad that I’m single! And I’m not desperately wishing I had a boyfriend. I feel like this video ended up coming across that way, but it’s so much deeper than that and I hope you all can see that.

I’m feeling like I lack community in ALL areas of life - family, friends - and I am also single, which has highlighted these other areas where I’m feeling lonely. Whereas previously it was easy to overlook because I was in a relationship.
