Trail run after Storm Bert and an update on the achilles

I couldn't run wearing a warm hat like yours... I'd overheat! Those conditions are perfect for trail running.. I absolutely love the rain and waterlogged paths 😁👌

Looks like a nice run that. Very sensible on the cross country decision, as frustrating as it is, it's the best in the longer term. have you strapped up the achilles? when it happened to me, when I was ready to get back running, I did some research on support methods and this was a recommendation, that I tried and it worked a treat, injuries are so frustrating but this too shall pass. 🙂
