ОтветитьThis is one of my favourite breathing techniques, and I do it everyday, to start the day and to wind down at night. but I often have one of the nosetrils blocked, which sometimes difficults the practice, and I would do it for longer but I can't, I get the feeling that I don't have enough air and have to stop. Do you have any advice for this situation? Thanks for sharing this information and meditation ❤
