gurgaon no where near luxury, its a stupid hyped sector by dlf on a polluted dusty road. dubai is better , you get an apartment in 8-10 cr in marina where u can park your yacht just below the building. will this 50 cr apartment change the culture of gurgaon , no infra, rude people, overacting wanna be classy .

In Beverly hills, CA one 3000 sq ft entry level house costs over $5 - $10 million easily, that is almost 100 crore in Indian currency and trust me when i say Gurgaon or any luxury place in India is not in a mile's throw distance of Beverly hills lol. It is the people in India who look at these things and think things are so good in India, for people who live abroad and they see these things it is funny to us, Indians need to travel more outside, to get a better persepctive of the dire conditions they live in, it is not just India that is growing and getting better..

There is no Indian dream, people who get rich in India move to Dubai or other place, there are too many roadblocks and stupid people that just make life worse and unsafe, no sane minded person who has the capability to move abroad want their kids to grow up in that shithole.
