Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind - fantasy - 1984 - Trailer

Legend has it...that this is the movie that made Ghibli threaten Mirramax with a katana durring the dubbing of Princess Mononoke. Seriously. "Zandra?" They couldn't even get the character's name right!

Do you know where I can find a copy of this monstrosity so I can compare it to the true masterpiece.

Damn. I did this reconstruction, not joking.
When I uploaded it on my YT channel, it got taken down by Ghibli.
I didn't want to dispute or they'll not be happy with me, LOL.

But I'm glad your upload is still here to this day. Wow again.
I have a VHS of Warriors of the Wind (Nausicaa), given from a former high school friend Anthony year years ago.
He asked if I wanted it. I said yes, and he grabbed it out of his backpack and
gave it to me. Such a wonderful friend he was...
But the version I preferred is the original 117 minute version than the butchered 95 minute cut.
I do remember emailing/talking to David Schmoeller who supervised an early dub of Warriors for Manson International,
but never was involved with the New World Pictures situation...
