This is why I can't watch his instructionals. He takes 15 mins to show a 1 minute move
ОтветитьThe best part about BJJ is that even though he’s the uke most of the time, you know Placido could fuck up about 95% of the earth’s population.
Ответитьt's very hard to hear what he says. Please, turn up the volume.
ОтветитьThe reason I’m so interested in side control is because when I’m on bottom, I can almost always get somebody mounted off of me in seconds, whereas I really struggle getting out from under side control.
ОтветитьAlways Danaher's voice is too quiet. Very difficult to hear.
Please adjust his voice louder.
“If he swung his hand into an undertook, he would have inside position. I can’t accept that I can’t tolerate it” What an absolutely remarkable human.
ОтветитьPosition--->Attrition--->Submission.
ОтветитьIts fascinating to hear that people like side control more than mount because at the gym i go to side control is considered bad. You want to get mount as soon as possible because you can control your opponent with your legs and attack with your arms
Ответитьcant hear
ОтветитьThis is very informative Mr. Strickland from BTTF. Discipline; don’t be a slacker McFly!
ОтветитьDohn Janaher and placebo
ОтветитьI can barely hear John's voice
ОтветитьI don’t know why it’s a so popular topic but I can tell you why I am here. Started jiu and don’t know much but I can get into side control pretty well, or at least compared to other poses. But once there, I don’t know what to do. So thought I’ll check it out.
ОтветитьSide control is easy to get to after a pass.
ОтветитьLove the info about drilling a few techniques over and over again. My first gym put a heavy emphasis on the head and arm choke. We drilled it constantly. Now I find that I will go for some fancier submissions, and when they fail and we end up in a scramble, I inevitably find myself locking in the head and arm.
ОтветитьIf you want to get more submissions, learn more setups. Genius
ОтветитьLove this
ОтветитьI think people probably have a fixation with side control because that's where you can start to attack once you pass guard and half guard. That's also where you can transition to mount or the back if you choose, so the fascination might not be necessarily due to preferring it to mount or back.
ОтветитьMan I hate this guys voice so much
ОтветитьThe best making the best content!
ОтветитьI'm sure I saw John Danaher wearing a Jungle fightwear rashguard at a seminar last summer. I HAVE to see him do the animal combat talk in one of these
ОтветитьAwesome content. JD’s eyebrows are wildin when he turns his head at certain angles.
ОтветитьSo much relativity throughout the entire top game
Ответитьgenius
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьWhen you can control every position then learn submissions then learn to utilize all of that. Then learn fluidity.
ОтветитьHahha Bernardo was 6 words into his intro and Danaher is like, nope I’m going to take it from here 😂😂😂
ОтветитьMe: Sees Danaher video
Turns on closed captioning and 1.5x playback speed.
I agree, When i used to roll I always favored side control than full mount. But i do prefer full mount instead of pulling guard.
ОтветитьWhat are the 6 more successful submission that John mentioned? Any suggestions please?
Ответитьprofessor Braulio Estima was teaching controlling both elbows 10 years ago
ОтветитьWhenever John is on i can barely hear him
ОтветитьFor me, this might be the best DVD John has done so far and I have almost all of his No Gi content.
ОтветитьThe interesting part is always seing John in hir regular clothes, even when he is given instrucionals or classes.
ОтветитьGood solid basic stuff
ОтветитьOn what instructional is the side control attacks?
ОтветитьPlacedo blink if the Uncle promised you chocolate.
ОтветитьThanks for having Coach on Bernardo!
