Lake Ohara is also accessible in the winter, it's a fun ski in and out along the road. The shuttle was an old school bus for summer use only. Waiting lists are long but the Alpine hut is an inexpensive place to stay.
ОтветитьYour amazing videos are helping us plan our trip in June.
Ответитьcaves?
ОтветитьYou missed the 2 most spectacular hikes: 1. Iceline trail where you can see Takkakaw Falls from above and 2. Yoho Pass and Wapta highline that takes you from Takkakaw falls all the way to Emerald lake.
ОтветитьVery good video! Well done.

ОтветитьThis is an excellent video and information tool!!! I am planning on going there this year. I have 2 questions I hope you can answer.

Thanks very much,
Jim

Ответить@kevin are in these in order … meaning, can one visit these in the order you have explained
Ответить@kevin Eassa Hello from Los Cabos, Mexico. How difficult are these trails in the the last week of April? And, which trails would be the easiest for medium experience hikers? We have plans to go on that date. Thanks, your video is amazing!
ОтветитьThis is nice show
ОтветитьDid daytrip to Yoho 2 weeks ago from Banff. Parking at Emerald Lake packed out in morning so returned to Natural Bridge as passed on road to Emerald Lake. Following that drove onto Wapta Falls, must climb the ridge at base of falls for spectacular view but be prepared to get very wet. Note there is no right turn from interstate to Wapta Falls trail road, need to go past to find crossing point to eastbound carriageway. After that returned to Emerald Lake where it was much quieter, took 2 hour walk around the lake which was both interesting enchanting, path for first half going clockwise then muddy trail for rest of circuit. Finished day with visit to Takakka Falls, a fitting end to our visit.
ОтветитьWhat can I say...other than totally awesome, we have a trip planned for next September and will definitely be including this national park in it...thanks for the great video.
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your video and all the useful information you provided for people like me who wants to plan well before going to the area. You have captured the beauty of those places well. Amazing... Thank you!
