Introducing 30% Stamp Duty on foreign purchases of property and 10% annual tax on long term vacant properties.
Using this additional revenue, we will finance co-operative housing and fund the construction of additional public housing.
We will fast track the development of new land for residential housing and slash taxes on it.
We will offer public housing for sale at a discount to its tenants.
And we will facilitate urban renewal rental construction.
