What about rotating arc? And also short arc?

Why the hell i can't adjust the voltage on my tpsi model?? Can some one explain this to me? I want to maintain my amperage with a little bit of voltage added..but when i adjust my voltage, i noticed the amperage increases too..

Now those are arc shots to be proud of , well done the tech team.
