Looking for videos where I dont have to leave to go to the gym to workout because I end up working out more when its actually convenient to do so esp with how busy I am with work, if I could just stay in my room and then easily start working out I get so many more workouts in and I'm sure there are many out here that are the same.

If I setup a doorframe pull up bar I'm literally staring it in the face flat footed and afraid I'll rip down the door.
