ОтветитьAlways nice to sit down and watch someone be creative with a nice coffee and a Romeo bar from Aldi (it's a fake Bounty, Beth!). Beautiful work as always, interesting the difference soaking the pieces makes at the end - I had no idea this was a thing. The Hanon books look so lovely and you've definitely done the outfits justice. It's great that the over dresses can be worn as they are, it feels a shame to have the red skirts so hidden underneath - they'd definitely look great teamed with other items.
ОтветитьBeautiful fabric and dress. I like the idea to fray check before cutting the fabric.
ОтветитьTheir dresses turned out gorgeous! ❤😊 🥰
ОтветитьI cut those out last night to make them today after work. I really love the skirt pattern so much. It’s so cute. I have a Unoa bjd and it fits extremely well. I cut out pieces for my Blythe last night.
ОтветитьThese are gorgeous!❤
ОтветитьThese are gorgeous Beth you are always spot on with everything 🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьVery pretty set up Beth. I am 'sew' glad we make the outfits from these books.
ОтветитьThe outfits are so lovely! It was helpful to see them done in two different sizes but with the slight variations in trim. Your work is exquisite. You do the Hanon books justice. I've made the skirt pattern twice and it has become a nice staple in my doll's wardrobe. Thank you for this collaboration. It was fun to watch. Btw, congrats on 15K subscribers! You have worked hard and produce such lovely content. My daughter and I look forward to Friday mornings.
ОтветитьThese are so lovely !! I enjoy my hanon book. ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьADORABLE 🤩🤩 both outfits, Beth, as allways.
ОтветитьI have that book too - but I haven't tried anything yet because I'm such a beginner. :D It's so fun to see you make the outfits in that book!
ОтветитьAWESOME WORK as usual!! I've tried the coat and turned the tiny bear into a blue carnival cat plush needed for a character doll outfit I put together. As a beginner, the coat made with felt was easy and the the tiny cat was best sewn by hand.. Also note that the Midi size patterns can be altered to fit skinny generation 1, 2 and 3 Monster High dolls too!
ОтветитьBeautiful work Beth!🥰🥰🥰
ОтветитьLovely made dresses and useful as separate pieces for other outfits. Your dress looks so professionally sewn. Interesting pattern book and it will give you lots of inspiration for other outfits. Take care.
ОтветитьThose came out so lovely😍😍😍
ОтветитьThis is just so inspirational !!! You chose the perfect fabric and trims for each dress too....happy sigh
Right! I need to get my Hanon book off the shelf and start tracing patterns tonight!
I’ve got the Hanon book after seeing your tutorial, it’s incredible…thanks for this video now I have a step by step introduction for the first clothes I want to make for my Blythe doll. Lovely pieces thanks for sharing
ОтветитьThe outfits are absolutely beautiful and I love that both Blythes are wearing boots that you made. So cute! 🥰❤️🥰
ОтветитьThese turned out super cute! Can't wait to see the others
ОтветитьOoh! Love the idea of storing fabric in bins! My stacks always need tidying up!!!
ОтветитьDresses are so cute!!! Love the little ruffle detail in on the dress!! And the little skirt peeking out is adorable!!
ОтветитьYou all did a lovely job on the dresses and skirts💐💫✨
ОтветитьGorgeous ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьBeautiful work and lovely fabrics. Your videos, like the Hanon books, inspire me. Thanks Beth!
ОтветитьYour outfits are beautiful!!!
ОтветитьBeautiful dresses ❤
ОтветитьYour pieces look so similar to the book, well done! I like how you show the making of this, as I always learn from watching you sew.
ОтветитьThey turned out lovely Beth. I own the book and have all the patterns ready from what I remember but I don’t think I’ve made any. I make so much doll clothing, I forget. lol
ОтветитьThe outfits are gorgeous Beth, a wonderful choice of fabrics, just right for the style of these dresses. 😊
ОтветитьSuch beautiful tailoring and delicate design looks absolutely superb! Nothing less than perfection Beth! 🥰💖
ОтветитьThe dresses turned out so cute! I think I need to make 2 for my Magnolias. ❤
ОтветитьI've made a good few using the Smock Dress pattern in this book - they really look lovely with a little simple embroidery. I've also made the dress as you have here, but without the insert piece of the skirt. I'm lazy! Your dresses turned out fab! 😍
ОтветитьBeautiful outfits Beth !! I need to learn how to sew
ОтветитьThanks for the soak and hang to dry tip!! My problem is getting the shoulder strap/bodice connection to look decent. Any tips on that..,please?
ОтветитьYes I've made this outfit one with a red and one green underneath.I have several of the books .Just got the boy doll one .I have 2 books where the cover is upside down Strange I love the books.
Your dresses are great .I would of liked to see a little more of the colour though.
Of all the dresses created in the collab, yours is the prettiest & most authentic to the original.
And I love that you have given us a step by step tutorial. I have had this Japanese book for a few years & made a couple of these patterns, slightly altered, for a charity doll auction.
I am always amazed by your skills and this book tempts me a lot - unfortunately, I sew for Rainbow High and I wouldn't know how to adapt the patterns!
ОтветитьWhere can I find that book? I couldn’t find it anywhere is there a link
ОтветитьI have this book , I've wanted to alter the patterns to fit my smart doll and some other 60 cm dolls I have.
