Thanks, Evita. I see that you have considered your viewers' comments from Gentle Relaxation Hatha-Vinyasa 1 hr class and added the Sanskrit to your new classes. This one was lovely. Very energizing. Perhaps you could slow down the ending just slightly (just a suggestion). Other than that, it was perfect. Great voice and clear instructions! Highly recommended.

Oh Evita! I love your 1 hour yoga class that is not fast paced or requires more strength poses. I am currently recovering from chronic fatigue and it is so hard to find a longer yoga class that has a doable pace for me. I love your level 1-2-3 options. Would you ever consider making a few more longer classes to offer? 45 min-1 hour?

For those of you looking to commit to a yoga program, this is it. I practiced yoga for many years with an awesome teacher but because I travel so much signing up for a class is not doable. I've been doing Evita's classes now for over six months and absolutely enjoy my morning routine. It focuses my thoughts and my chiropractor, whom I sadly/gladly don't have to visit as often was amazed by my flexibility and core strength.
