When will the innocent mens will get justice from such incidents...PIL filed prior on Supreme Court on Men's suicide increasing after marriage as wife's cheat and harrass to loot innocent husband's as court always favour women's.But court rejected the PIL.

This is not the first case of this type and this wont be the last. The feudal lawmakers, the corrupt criminalised police and the corrupt courts have send many innocent men to their deaths. But many men have taken justice to their wives and their folks.

The tragedy is he messaged couple of people in Bengaluru of his intention to commit suicide at about 3 or 4am in the morning. Why did they not alert police for help instead of sending out messages at that hour asking "who is awake?"

The time women's need current law that time government favoured mens but when law really needs change as womens become cruel and money minded and having extra marital affairs before and after marriage and innocent mens are doing suicide that time you favour women's Shame on the law and government

Really very very heart breaking No words to express for the pain mental trauma Atul has faced due to selfish motives of his wife nd famiy.. As a senior citizen, feel the law should protect both man nd woman equally against harassment... Hope his family gets justice nd soon.. A single lady got into the train where I was travelling with four of my family members. She insisted on sleeping on her lower birth at 10.00 a.m. and refused any other alternatives. A dispute arose amongst us and she tried her level best to frame charges keeping in mind all the laws that are favourable to women. Her intentions were loud and clear. Even though co-passengers were in full support of us she lodged various police complaints. Finally, the police refused to accept her complaint seeing the support we had harnessed within the train. Her lies stood shamelessly exposed. Imagine, if I had travelled alone.

Atul took this step only because the legal system of India is rotten. No citizen/voters want to talk on this rotten legal system which is meant only to earn money, not to provide justice. Actually, the entire system exists only to earn money. Thats it. Justice to law abiders, punishment to law breakers, timely justice etc are all farce in reality.
People live in dream world, spend entire life in hope of getting justice but no justice is done to those who follow law. 

High time to talk on Indian legal system. But no media is talking on this rotten system and what to do about this rotten legal, heavily corrupt system. Why nobody talks on this issue?

Judges r responsible for atuls death much more than anybody else. Media....aaj tak, abp, India tv, news 18, navbharat times, ndtv, zee etc etc, if you hv spine.....Ask those judges first why they prolonged the process. Call them on ur show and ask them delay reason vehemently. Dont protect ur skin only. Shame on legal system, judges, politicians, Police, and MEDIA and above all common Indians who always ignore these important issues. Sick country India.

The Indian judiciary is very slow. In a time where every system is getting digital and faster, this judiciary system still relies on paper works and slow processes. There has to be media debates on slow justice system and their older way of approaches.

I was also a victim of a highly toxic girl. I did arrange marriage from Bharat Matrimony. Similar like Atul , I spoke to her only few times before marriage. My marriage also happened in March 2019. They ( including her mother ) used to quarrel for very small things & whatever came out from the girls mouth, was a lie. Each day has become hell to me...she was jobless yet expected me to keep two maids soon after marriage & their entire family harassed me for maids.

The only reason I'm still alive is that I realised her true cunning nature within a month of marriage, decided not to have children & started divorce process in the background without Quarrelling with her. It took three years for me to legally get divorced as they were demanding big amount. I started to understand their psychology & took my steps which would surprise them.

No case was filed against me. The reason is that we don't have children. Once there are no children, the girl will have intentions of marrying another Bakra, if one fails. ( This is an advantage for us )

For a very silly reason , the girl stayed at their mother's home & expected me to come, apoligize & take her & give her costly gifts ( costly saree & gold ). These toxic woman will first blackmail & then attack.

This is the time I've put my first case on her without " Right to conjugation " They believed it as I didn't quarrel with them. They didn't file any case against me.

After more than year of separation they realised my intentions & tried filing a complaint in Police station, I had to give more amount to CI ( than what they gave ) to drag the issue .

Even Atul got too many queues from beginning like Constant lies by The girl, Harassing him for money, Expecting gold gifts for normal Pooja, watching Korean shows whole day ( my ex used to see big boss or play video games or talk to her mother whole day ) not doing any household chores, bathing once in 4 days & many more but he still continued.

" These toxic woman never change in their life, expecting that they will change will be your biggest mistake "

A Smart man quickly realises a cunning woman & gets out of it before it's too late , others will have a tragic story like Atul. You either become a slave to her for rest of life, or fight a battle. If Atul had fought for few more years, he could have got divorce with moderate losses ( just maintenance) & may be few days of imprisonment.

My suggestion for unmarried men is to do only love marriage & have a child after few years of marriage. This will decrease risk by atleast 80%..
