ОтветитьAs a young boy in the early ‘60’s, i’d watch my mom and my grandma (mama)in the kitchen making the meatballs, and the pig-skin braciole…all the ingredients are identical, except they also added ground veal, along with the ground beef and the ground pork…and they would always taste the raw meat mixture to make sure nothing was missing from the meatball mix…nobody ever got sick, so…
ОтветитьAs soon as he took that first bite my mouth started to water. You can actually taste it…now i’m hungry and there’s nothing in the fridge🤷🏻♂️

ОтветитьThis is exactly how I make meatballs , but I put non stick foil on my cookie sheet. Easy clean up & no sticking ❤ I’m from a town called Frontenac, KS . It is full of Italians & they taught my mother to cook.
ОтветитьI add some onion and fresh breadcrumbs.
ОтветитьLooks good without the sauce
ОтветитьYour so nice..Tu Tu Italiano

ОтветитьA man, a myth, a legend
Ответитьwhy put the meat in a small bowl to begin with?
ОтветитьThank you kind sir. I made these for my wife tonight as a sandwich and she went back for seconds.
ОтветитьSir, I just made your meatball. I never made a meatball before. Always a bolgenase. I can't wait to see how the taste.
ОтветитьI just made your dish and I have to tell you your meatballs are to die for! My mother never made meatballs and usually preferred boleganse sauce. She dropped! YOU ROCK! Thank You!
Ответитьdo not taste the raw meat.
ОтветитьMy mom always puts the meatballs raw in the sauce. They come out sooooooo juicy and gives the sauce an amazing flavor.
ОтветитьMy family makes big meatballs… they’re not meant to be eaten on top of spaghetti… they’re always a side.
Another thing that’s really good if anyone’s wondering is when you’re cooking your sauce is to have hard boiled eggs
Yes sir go sir you are good at these
ОтветитьWhat percentage of beef to pork do you use....
Can I use ground italian sausage instead of pork
I’m making Yur sauce and meatballs now. 🙋♀️👍♥️.
ОтветитьI'm 100 percent Italiano love my friend here
ОтветитьI use to love tasting the raw meat when I was a kid!
ОтветитьHow much of each pork and ground beef? I love watching you! Do you use milk at all in meatballs my grandma used to
