Is Mundo good high Elo?

The becouse ambesa Ult is bad in a brusier 1v1, it gives healing and pen. Similar to pantheon.. His ult is utility, and to make ult ranks feel good, they gave him passive pen.
Since if it didn't have passive pen / healing, copy tryindamire and put 1 point into R, then don't rank it up, would be more efficient

From my experience with ambesa vs Renekton.
Ambesa is missing Dmg early. But she stomps him late. Ambesa has good trades and bursts , but before getting haste, he just stat checks in a all in you unless you have a solid gold / brain advantage.
After 2 items, you just shit on him. Ambesa hits a big spike with Eclipse Black cleaver. And decapatates the Croc

Call me noob low elo garbage, but I tried Iceborn Gauntlet on Ambessa and it was actually quite funny. Sure less damage, but it has the KSante effect. You just perma slow whoever you fight and enemies flame you in all-chat for it hahah :P
