ОтветитьI really wan't to catch up on videos, I love the new videos. It seems really helpful to the men and they are getting so much out of it.
I found this channel called Shakepay I think, I've been addicted to them today. He seems to be going different areas in Canada and paying for peoples stuff. He let's them start in any area of the store and gives them 21 seconds to fill a basket. Sometimes he pays for the cart too.
No games, no bible questions, just straight up helping people. Not quite as deep as the work you are doing, but it's fun to watch.

ОтветитьThank you eliott, the best way in my opinion of all the methods i've seen you cover...also by far the most embarrassing...is just screaming/yelling really loud and stomping jumping rolling around like a 5 year old I swear to God it feels so amazing afterwards lol 10 out of 10. That feeling...that makes you all locked up and not wanna act...its like a physical exorcism getting that demon out. God knows I do all the mental spiritual forms of exorcism already...what a worlddddd you know not exactly a vacation...maybe I oughta master this on the physical body end too...hmm. The other method I discovered to unlock the soul inner spirit, ecstatic dance...get that chi flowing, the enthusiasm burning, that infinite inner fire.

ОтветитьHonestly I know this is off topic but not really. I want to walk around barefooted but I heard that’s not too acceptable out in society. I see your shows and they seem pretty flat and leveled to the floor. What kind are they? I’m trying the stay grounded and regular shoes hurt my feet

Thank you, Elliot! Glad you are getting into the practical part as much as I enjoyed the theory so far.
Just practiced this for 10 minutes. I am not sure if it means anything but at first I felt deeper breathing and an impulse to yawn.
Then later on I got a tingling all over my body, ands especially around my head. Maybe my breathing was a bit too fast and I was hyperventilating a bit?
I was just thinking about how kindness seems to find it's way back when given out.
If you were to do kind things and make videos of it or it making news or something, would most likely help you sell books and such. That shouldn't be the motivation behind doing acts of kindness, kindness should be done out of the goodness of ones heart and not for any sort of gain.
You are doing good things with your current work, it's helping people.
In the past I would have dismissed this approach vs conventional physio but I have personally been treated using this philosophy and it cured my sciatica and chronic back pain of 7 years and many other problems that I had been suffering with. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Fascia and mental health work can change your life. Before I was suffering, in pain every day and my whole body was totally dysfuncational. I couldnt do anything without injuring myself. Looking left the wrong way, pulled neck. Pull up or pushup? Busted shoulder or pulled neck again. Constant headaches, weird random things appearing and disappearing like mywhole foot would swell up for seemingly no reason they go away. Heart palpitations all the time. Just felt like I was falling apart and I was completely lost for what to do. At one point I was told I might have a brain tumour.
I have not done quite so much of the stuff you talk of, no screaming, but working to improve mental health along with yoga and having fascia broken up through treatment has released all sorts of stored trauma i never even knew I had. Quite a bizarre experience feeling this huge wave of emotion being released. However since then I have found basically ALL my problems vanished.
I can work out and very rarely injure now. My whole body is so much more robust and I feel confident I can rely on it rather than being made from glass.
Changed my life.

ОтветитьFather figure of the year never in my years of my teenage years would I have thought I’d have a father figure like him, made me a stronger version of myself and I advise all my friends to have a look and give this a chance. Ответитьuncle E! What if it keeps getting too uncomfortable for me after like 2 minutes? I’ll wait another 30 seconds and go back into it again because it feels so good, but the only thing is I can’t do it for 20 minutes it gets too uncomfortable after like a minute or two.
