Tried the game last night for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 30 minutes of it was cut scenes. The combat was repetitive. The story now from what we could have had with Dreadwolf is so contrived now. Not to mention pronouns and no "fucking" blood. Let alone being mean or killing off companions. Each release since Dragon age origins has gotten worse. Especially after Dragon age 2. What they made after just over 1 year to develop Dragon age 2 was amazing. So i bought this game played it and then uninstalled it and asked for a refund. But this was DL not the actual copy of a game for my PC.

I definitely want the death and decay build. I'm trying one out and I'm pretty disappointed. The silliness of it not changing the visuals of the skills is really bad, my meteor still looks like fire, still inflicts burn, but doesn't do extra damage on darkspawn now so I'm pretty sure it's necrotic damage...

Not exactly happy with the results to be honest.

The hate on this game is so annoying like it makes no sense the combat is so bad , it’s so repetitive, and etc . Like Dragon Age 2 and specially inquisition wasn’t boring and repetitive? The most only played 5 hours max and think the game is not giving what it should ? lol like what do you guys expect to have every ability unlocked ? Like the combat is actually good and it definitely ain’t repetitive at all that’s how I know most of you who are complaining have not fully try to at least played longer. Inquisition was actually so much more complicated. Every Dragon age and I played every single one since origins . Every single one has had a different type of combat. Dragon Age 2 was actually the most basic and easiest and most boring strategic gameplay, follow by inquisition. Origins actually was the most interesting, and complicated combat .

Nice build. My warlock went more DoT utilizing a lot of fire abilities along with death caller. I use the crystallize rune to freeze enemies to synergize with death frost, so I don’t need to specc into frost nova skill. I’m absolutely melting everything.

I really really enjoy the build craft in this game... IMO it's really good.

Try out the staff mythical necrosis one. You can then use your health for abilities and the same abilities to heal yourself. Broken build. You can play underdog and just destroy all your enemies within seconds.

So whats about that companions no warrior ?

Nice video, good guide- but at the stage of the game you are showcasing the early game gameplay and how to fight early, you should just go easier spells that deal huge amounts of dmg. Once you reach lvl 20 you can reskill to the build you explained here.

So I wanted to try a Death Caller build after getting tired of my Spellblade. This spec one does about 20% of the dmg of a Spellblade. The mage tree isn't very well balanced it seems.

Why the hell The ability called "channeled Thoughts" Couldn't be in a easier and early place in the ability tree. The mana regen when fighting sucks and takes wayy too of a long time especially since all the enemies are attacking you. Such a Bad Design.

Make a OP elementist build for staff mage. lol

Necromancer has a lot of damage, i tried, but i really hated the gameplay with the staff. The dagger gameplay is more fun, sadly you can't use it with necrotic damage without fuck up your build, so i am stuck with electricity and fire.

Nice build but you cant actually go leveling as this is guiding you, cause half of the specialization nodes are locked until lvl 30.

Took 20 hours for me to realize this is GOTY contender. Wayyy overhated this game is genius
