we all use our overly expensive insulated screwdrives on circuits that are non energized or hooked up
ОтветитьLove these mold school style cast boxes, they age amazingly! We have them in s/s 60/70 years old
ОтветитьThat walk was perfect
ОтветитьV i n t a g e
ОтветитьХорошо сделано, душевно.
ОтветитьThe switch turning on sound is really close to the M1 grand mag ejecting sound
ОтветитьEverything electrical in the US is vintage and outdated
ОтветитьDefinitely not in this country
Ответить🙋♂️
Why do you never use a corded threader for these vids?
Also would like to say, as one electrician to another, I greatly appreciate the beauty you put in to threading to the EXACT right length, leaving basically no thread exposed.
That is QUALITY above quantity and I love it.
Never thread electrical wires through a steel pipe!
If one of the wires get damaged the hole pipe could get you killed!
Quema mucho el sol.....
ОтветитьHow is it vintage if we still do it?
ОтветитьIs rigid a vintage thing for UK sparkys?
ОтветитьTop, é outro nível
ОтветитьWhy don't you use plastic?
ОтветитьMy god if you do a lot of conduit work get a electric threader lot easier and quicker
ОтветитьYou what could have been even better - play the Benny Hill Show theme music during the walk. As always, great job!
ОтветитьEver heard of conlock??
ОтветитьFond memories of having to using butter to thread conduit as an apprentice when we had nothing else.
ОтветитьI dont know about vintage, every electrician should be able to thread, debur and bend for metal switchgear. That's some thin-walled conduit, though... and some nice standoff saddles.
Ответитьliving live hazard
ОтветитьYou know it's vintage when you see steel conduit
ОтветитьWhere your lock ring George ?
ОтветитьBest bit was the walk..😂😂
ОтветитьSoooo happy I don't have to do this..... Everything SWA or in plastic.... Happy...
ОтветитьAnd the point of this is what?
Ответитьthis is not vintage, this is ex-protected
ОтветитьThe video editing cost more time than the actual job😂
ОтветитьFIRED! Cut IMC conduit with a bandsaw. Hacksaw takes too long. Use a mini drill on those screws. SPEED on any jobsite is crucial. YOU are wasting time. 👎
ОтветитьBet these lads Ferrell crimp their dinner before eating it
ОтветитьSeeing a yellow Hilmor bending machine brings me back, I can still smell the trefolex...
ОтветитьBack when you were paid by the hour, not the job 😂
ОтветитьBoom diggity. Ope sorry wrong channel lol.
Ответить💤💤💤💤💤💤
ОтветитьIs this going in your fake room or something
ОтветитьYou have all of the other pipe tools but no pipe cutter?
ОтветитьQuality electrical work not vintage
ОтветитьThat walk! 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьHow many times have you cut yourself on the last push with the hacksaw as it goes through?
Ответитьno its not vintage , its american and old fashioned
ОтветитьYou hit me in the eye with that!
Ответитькак же у них все сложно
ОтветитьFantastic sound fxs too!
ОтветитьDon't miss them days now we all use conlock
ОтветитьIf it was vintage you’d have used tallow to lubricate the thread cutting on that conduit.
ОтветитьI have no idea what kind of connector this is, but I love it. I can only assume it's for fairly high loads. Locking collar AND a switch that prevents the plug from comming out when the power is on? That's just lovely.
It looks like an analog and manual version of the vehicle charging connectors - where the plug is locked in, as long as the connectors are closed.
Always wondered why down south they never run a lock ring down the thread before terminating a co duit into a threaded box. How do you guarantee a secure connection?
Seems to be Scotland and Ulster use a lock ring to secure the coupling and England and Ireland just pray that the connection stays secure
Das sägen üben wir aber noch.
