Tell me I'm missing something.... How come I can't have zebras in photos? Also why in video can I not find a way to put zebras and focus peaking on at the same time when I have manual lenses??? I just got this camera and it feels hellishly cumbersome for no reason. Then when I hit record, all my exposure tools disappear. WTF????? What if I do a vlog and the scene is dynamic, how the hell do I check exposure if that disappears once the record button is hit. NO camera I've ever had works like this.. fuji, panasonic, sony.. I'm a little frustrated if you can't tell. Tell me I'm doing something wrong....

Fantastic, John! I read all 800+ pages of the Canon manual. As usual, Canon’s manual does a poor job of explaining why and when to use a feature or combination. Your video and verbal explanations really hit the mark and were exactly what I was seeking.
