Sprayway Glass Cleaner Product Review

I remember one of my childhood chores was to clean our small pane windows. We used a product called Glass Wax, a pink pourable lotion in a can. You applied it with a rag and wiped it off when it turned white. It left a dusty residue that also had to be wiped up. The windows sparkled but it was a PITA. Spray Away changed my life!

hi i see in other video you said is better clean with microfiber towels windows and mirror,and in all this complete video you are using paper towels?

I love this glass cleaner and it smells sooooo good! Yeah...foundation on your big mirror is weird. I’ve heard of people using handheld mirrors but not the wall mirror.

In a previous video, the question asked was "Which is the best thing to clean windows and mirrors with? Newspaper, paper towels, or coffee filters. The answer in your video was none of them. You said to clean windows and mirrors with a microfiber cloth and water and dry with a fine microfiber drying cloth. And to simply use water. Now in this video I'm seeing paper towels being used with a product. So I am now quite confused. Perhaps there is something else to know? Thanks!

I love this stuff! My husband brought it home from Costco several years ago, and I have continued to use it. I used to Windex, which I like, which used to be a thick foam, but no more.

As a blind kid growing up doing chores, mom taught me that if I will wipe until totally dry, should be streak-free.


A Windex tip: You can spray insects with it, also spiders, and it gets them good! :)

This is definitely my favorite! Windex and various homemade cleaners don’t come close. I have the Sprayaway stainless steel cleaner. It’s ok for polishing, but I have to clean my greasy stove hood with hot soapy water first.

Hi - I am enjoying your sensible, professional cleaning videos. Am a recent Sprayway convert - it is, indeed, WAY BETTER than a spray window cleaner like Windex. Used it on chrome faucets and it's GREAT! Am also using the Sprayway wipes on small window areas. Will next try it on stovetop, as suggested by another commentor.

I think you should always spray the cloth rather than the item you want to clean. You use less product as well.

Where is the very best place to get this product. I hesitate to reach out to the Amazon website because recently I received a knockoff product. It was a beauty product but I knew it was fake because I have to use that product for years and years and there was a definite telltale sign that it was an imposter. I am not a house cleaner, but I need my apartment cleaned because I'm moving not by choice and will end up homeless. Got sick in December and never recovered financially, but I have until next month on the 30th to get everything packed and done and cleaned. I want to leave this apartment in immaculate condition because that's just how I do things. Let me know where you purchase it because I'd like to get it. Thank you so much

I wanted to leave a separate comment to commend the spokesperson, Angela Brown. I just love your videos. You did one recently about hoarding and the emotional type things that go along with people that end up having their homes in bad shape not because they have a mental condition but because they're busy or there's reasons behind why they can't control their home and keep it clean. I am one of those people. I mostly have and had physical things to cause my situation. Anyway I wanted to thank you. I love your voice, your words are carefully selected so intelligently, you're funny and I love how while you're talking about a cleaning product or things of that nature you are actually showing you cleaning those areas during that time. It's funny how looking back all the way to childhood I was thrown into having to care for my brother's 7 years younger than me and cleaning the house while my parents went to work. I was pretty good at cleaning the house and I could cook and do things like that for my family. Down the road living on my own and so forth I've had so many messy apartments. I never qualified as a hoarder or anything like that but my place could get a pretty bad conditions from neglect. Most recently more so physical reasons. There was a time many months ago where I had trouble standing just for a few moments. I'm doing a lot better now and now have to move not by choice and I am watching a lot of your videos and learning how to really clean. I'm learning about products and so forth and even the Swiffer presentation was really great and to give me Faith in that product and in what it can do. Hopefully down the road when I get another apartment, I will be able to keep it in beautiful condition and I have you to thank for that. I don't usually thumbs up videos because people are always asking that in their videos, but you can be sure you will get my thumbs up every time I watch your videos. I take those thumbs up seriously so consider yourself an excellent excellent channel because you are really great!!!!

One of my clients have stainless steel appliances and there are spots near the bottom of each that I havent figured out how to get off yet. Ive tried. I dont want to scratch the surface.

No overspray? I just purchased this last week and there was definitely overspray. Even after following the instructions (shake well; 8-12" from the glass/window). It wasn't a huge amount, but enough that I had to wipe up the area underneath. I don't want this to mess up my flooring.

I have been a cleaner for a few years and I can not thank you enough for introducing me to sprayway! It is hard to find in Canada, but it is worth special ordering. Could you please review the other sprayway products. I have also tried the stainless steel cleaner.

Smart cleaning not hard, I clean with a microfiber rag and then go over with a window rag and not waste paper towels. Trust me buy those window rags like norwex..it's a game changer

Thanks for the rec. I've used Stoner Invisible Glass. I like it due to being streak-free and the fresh clean scent. Doesn't seem to be the strongest but it is made specifically for cars and wont harm tint. It definitely doesn't leave residue at all!!!! A+++

Again so confused,in previous clips you say stay away from paper towels due to the environment. And you use a wet microfiber wet towel qh only water,then dry wh the special towel that you suggested. But in this video you use windiw spray cleaner and paper towel. I just want to be clear,since I'm a cleaner wh some employees, and hang on to your every word! 😁

I love sprayway glass cleaner. I’ve tried many others and always go back. I have tried the sprayway stainless steel cleaner and polish. It has a very strong smell, although it worked well, I wasn’t a fan of the strong chemical smell and decided not to continue using it.

I love Sprayway. I have mirrored coffee table and side tables and nothing works better on them.

Do most paper towels have some kind of lotion and/or lint in them that leave it on the window after washing it? What paper towels do you recommend for washing windows or do you think microfiber cloths are better? Thanks!

Moved into a home with 3 huge sliding glass doors that open onto my patio. Cleaning them is awful.
I tried water, vinegar and water even Sprayway. The windows show a glossy swirl in the Sunlight. So frustrated. Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Love your Chanel Angela! Spray away is awesome glass cleaner. Try this Combo as a special project - you’ll be amazed at the results on windows: Blue dawn with soft sponge, wipe off with water, then spray away - wipe with regular microfiber & then polish with glass microfiber. My 20 year old windows look brand new! Works great on mirrors and for your car too. I do this about every 4-6 months, then regular spray away in between. It’s amazing! 🥰

I love it! Since I am. Cleaning from my wheelchair I can't get up on a ladder. I spray it on my window, mirror or what have you and then wipe it with a microfiber cloth wrapped around a swiffer dust mop. Never a drip or a streak. I've also found it to work wonders on my stainless steel toaster that always gets grease splattered from the stove. And I really like the smell. And best of all, it's so inexpensive!

I'm confused. I just watched another video on cleaning mirrors and windows, and on it you said to use water and microfiber cloths. Hmmmm . . . Could you explain why this one is a completely different approach? TIA

I love spray away.. I use it all the time. I have even tried to switch to something else but i always go back.

I have a homeowner who thinks "Scott's" blue towels are the best. I have discovered that, that is not true all the time. She insist that is what i should use. Thank God she supplies them, especially that they are more expensive.
