She’s a natural actor, but I’ve always found her to be extremely masculine and/or androgynous. She’s smart also, it seems. What I don’t like is how she - and the vast majority of Hollyweird females - starve themselves into skeletal images of what a female should be. Hence, she’s not among my faves. I prefer more genuine, less narcissistic actors like…wow, actually can’t think of a single female actor who hasn’t gone plastic or doesn’t starve.

Sandra Bullock for me, is the most genuine and sincere presenter of any role. In a sense I can’t call it acting.
She takes you in to the role as if you were experiencing it for the first time as was she.
I can’t find this with any other person doing any role.
There is a distinct line between seeing some brilliant acting and Sandra’s way of taking you in and making you experience what she is.
Maybe it’s just me.
