Hi there, i think it's just updated, i've tried your tutorial and it's looks different on comfyui, there's like 2 new thing called "Load Diffussion Model" and "DualCLIPLoader" on the GUI, i've tried to redo the thing and yeah it's kinda looks different and won't work

I have a new installation, without custom nodes, just the manager installed and the workflow by default and I have a delay of more than 10 seconds before the ksampler works and another before the Vae decoder works... and I didn't find help anywhere... RTX3060Ti 32GbRam.

How do I know which models from civitai will work with comfyui? some of the models I tried gave errors.

Having problems loading InstantID. From the terminal window when I refresh/restart Comfy after using Manager to load up InstantID from Custom Nodes menu:

0.0 seconds (IMPORT FAILED): E:\AI\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Bmad-DirtyUndoRedo

0.0 seconds (IMPORT FAILED): E:\AI\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI_InstantID

0.6 seconds (IMPORT FAILED): E:\AI\ComfyUI\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\comfyui-instantId-faceswap

Can't figure it out. Have "Try Fix" and deinstall and re-installed. Still getting the same error. Could it be the version of Python I am using (3.12.2)?
