Because I get so many emails that are "Urgent" adding Urgent in the subject line doesn't mean anything anymore.
ОтветитьThis was helpful! Thank you for not being boring 🙂
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьMy best advice would be, that you should always be aware of whom you're communicating with. There are cultures (mostly South American ones) in which it isn't expected to answer a Mail within a day, where an out-of-office note for a single day will be considered unnatural, and so on. For Central Europeans and Northern Americans, I wouldn't object to anything you said.
ОтветитьThank you Adriana. You're helping me so much.
ОтветитьEmail etiquette rocks!!! Thanks for providing detailed info at one place. I always prefer the suggested methods during my training session. Thanks..
ОтветитьI always label my attachments so it is easier to find them either by the recipients or by me.
I do respond to others once I receive their emails with an estimate when it is expected to get it delivered.
Only through this channel and from one Leadership Course; I learned NOT to send an email awhile I'm out of mood.
Thank you much.
This is very helpful. Thank you.

ОтветитьVery boring and disgusting Harvard Business Review is better than you
ОтветитьVery concise and perfectly delivered

ОтветитьGot it always use Urgent 😂
ОтветитьLots of good advice, however writing "action needed" or "urgent" in the subject line I feel would annoy anyone who doesn't report to the emailer. People have different priorities and someone trying to dictate what is their top priority would normally annoy them
