Impressive!
ОтветитьI have a idea for better lighting for the engine room. They are screw in 4 panel leds for garage spaces all you have to do is hang a couple standard bulb fixtures and screw them in, the 4 panels are directional, 20 bucks a unit or amazon sells 2pks
ОтветитьSincerity is a good name for a boat. Better than a lot of the punk names you see.
Didn't realise just how big the Broward was until the aerial shots. It's big.
Only thing is the jet ski, would like to Uzi 9 millimetre all jet skis. Have a good trip!
what is the music?
ОтветитьThis has been so much fun watching you on this adventure! Cant wait until you move up to the next size ship. Im hoping its a 100+ footer. Good on ya, mate
ОтветитьThe belt on that gen is shot. Riding way too far down in the pulley. Also can see the drive engine belts flopping
ОтветитьYou should use a UG-176 reducer on rg58 coax when using a pl-259 connector. Also check the VSWR on your vhf antenna after installation.
ОтветитьNice boat. An offgrid system will make it perfect
ОтветитьMY SUPER YACHT BIGGER
Ответитьhi, you should install an "AIRLOCK™ One" for your AC unit :)
ОтветитьHey Gus, you truly are an inspiration to many that follow you! If I only had half the knowledge that you have when I was your age or even now! Your problem solving skills and overall system knowledge for engines, electronics and everything in between is truly amazing! I really enjoy watching you live the dream adventure of a lifetime and with your go getter positive attitude, you are going places in life and thank you for taking us along for the wild ride! Because of you and a few other YT channels, my wife and I are looking to possibly upgrade from our 45 Silverton to a 55-60' MV to live our dream on the water (we work from home so all we need is internet). Hope to meet up someday to share a few beers and a story or two. Any time you are passing through Wilmington/Carolina Beach, NC let me know and drinks and food are on me! Fair weather and keep the sun out of your eyes!
Ответить❤ the name! Simple and elegant
ОтветитьSafe trip all the best need more vlogs dude
ОтветитьAmazing skills 🥳🙌 Im getting tired just by watching you 😁
ОтветитьAbout the heating coil, you said it froze and cracked. When I saw the location of it I was not surprised (if it was the one on the fly bridge). If you are going to experience sub zero temperatures I highly recommend that you isolate the box around it and add enough glycol to the system, might even be a good idea to optimize the circulation circuit if possible. It's a nightmare when these burst, they can take out a lot of electronics on their way out. Keep up the good work, mechanical engineer following :)
ОтветитьIt's a lot of fun sharing all of your joy as you make these trips. There is something special about your channel. I hope your travels are safe, and I look forward to your next video!
ОтветитьIt’s night and day having room to work on your engines. And one reason why we are looking to go outboard. Not fun crawling around a bilge anymore. Lol
ОтветитьFenders in!
Great job!
Such a beast! Great job with the overhaul
ОтветитьHey Gus.... Id love to know what you think all that work you performed would go for at retail cost if some guy cruised into the boatyard with that yacht. Maybe a segment discussing that would be cool
ОтветитьLove it, its motivating to see the work 🎉
ОтветитьAs always, blown away by his knowledge at 26 years old and what hes achieved. Keep up Gus xxx sending you love from yhe UK.
ОтветитьHurry up and drop more content Bruh! I'm jonesin' for some Serenity!!! 🤣Love the channel Gus!!!
ОтветитьEver since I watched Gus’s channel, when I come to an ominous project, I now ask myself “what would Gus do”! Then, tackle it without fear like Gus!
ОтветитьCan’t wait for the next video. Living my boat dreams through via your page!
ОтветитьLove your excitement brother, be safe.
Ответитьso nice
Ответитьyour suscribers - views ratio is crazy
ОтветитьNo offense, but you’re kind of a brat
ОтветитьNever enough?
ОтветитьMy wife thanks you for your videos. I had a 45'er after I got out of college but sold it when I married her. I've been wanting a 70-80 footer but your videos reminded me of how much work is involved. I'll just live vicariously through you. 🙂
ОтветитьBoat is looking great. Cool to see how far it has come.
ОтветитьSo well filmed and edited and all while working and restoring this beautiful boat 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьDon’t worry about Videos, It would be nice Once a week, but that’s ok, We love your Videos, So just be Safe buddy, 👍👍Kirt From Maine..
ОтветитьBautiful name!! ❤
ОтветитьTotally respect your amazing ability in numerous disciplines. But, as a retired mech engineer, I cannot believe how much shit your work place seems to have.
Clean engineering space is paramount for trouble shooting is a belief I have always adhered to from apprentice to retirement. Salute you for all other aspects though for sure. Thanks for sharing. Good luck.
Well where’s the next video already?!?? I live in Portsmouth, I might have to drive by the fish and slips marina to see if your there!
ОтветитьYou know why Kip is going. He's afraid if he lets Gus go by himself he will come back to the yard with a 100 footer.
ОтветитьMore, please.
ОтветитьBrother I envy you. We are still about 7 months from setting the boat back in the water. Very similar to yours. I however decided to switch from gens to solar I hope it's worth it. Maybe this spring or summer if your still in the islands. We will meet up and I'll show you how good my fish n chips are if you can catch a few cod or grouper with me.... I'll bring the champagne. Just keep your eyes out for a dark gray boat with red stripes. A pirate flag and the name " wet dream 2" on the back. Much love from snow covered Indiana. Your a strong minded smart hard working dude from one old soul salt to another.
Keep a weather eye on that horizon. And always be living out life in the boat your in. ❤
On a side note. Funny those ranco heaters are the exact same ones I use. Not just for my boat either. They keep my 500 gallon saltwater aquarium reef at temp. They are the most reliable ones with the best titanium heater cores
ОтветитьHi from Norway,
I just came randomly over your channel. Your joy and skill made me watch your lates videos. It’s just amazing what you do and with the joy. I have never watched a 2 hrs video before. But I loved it. Thanks for the cool videos. You’re a skilled guy. 🇳🇴
Wow wow! I consider myself a reasonably hands on boater but saying you take it to the next level would be a huge understatement! Rock on Gus! Your hour+ long videos fly by and leave me waiting for the next one. Safe travels for now, I can’t wait to see how the trip goes.
ОтветитьLooking forward to the next episode 🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьHey Gus, next time you take a fridge off your boat, use some moving straps, much easier to pick up, and also move the fridge anywhere, anytime, anyplace! Just giving you a heads up on that, used straps when moving any kind of furniture! Period! Happy yachting!😅😅😊😊
ОтветитьGus,
My bride and I are so "glued" to your boating adventures! Have a wonderful winter cruise!
