I'm not glitz but i have been watching these girls since pre-debut days. And I have seen all the hate train they have gone through especially cause of MHJ and her minions.
They deserve this award by releasing amazing songs and staying strong throughout all this. God they brought tears to my eyes too. May they keep shining brighter<3<3 fighting illit.

Just one song carry them since their debut. Personally i would have give it to Babymonster in every aspect i think they did better but i understand Magnetic had crash numbers that support ILLIT

You can see in Iroha's expression how much they struggled all because of the hate. But yeah, even if you hate on them (which I think it's very childish, especially when you know that two of them are not even adults yet), they deserved it. Magnetic was BRUTAL and acclaimed globally, entered the Billboards very fast, even people that didn't know about Korean music vibed at least once at the Magnetic's chorus. Even if you hate it, it's just a fact that they deserved it 🫂 haters out there, the best way to really affect on the group you hate it's by ignoring, hating also brings visits for them, and hating them is also a form to give them attention, so for your next strategy I recommend you to go help your most loved groups to grow more on popularity instead of giving the group you hate more visits.

For me Illit is a refreshing and unique group. I really like them. Even though I am not a fan their music has always captured my attention. I really hope they can ignore the haters and have a good time with their fans and well-wishers who genuinely want to see them happy. Congratulations girls for this award. Hope you get many more in the future😊😂

Anyone who think that ANY other group deserved this award more is delusional. They literally had NO competition. No other group had that impact. They had one of the most legendary debut songs because of how much it was played and widely known even by locals.
As for why didn't that certain group attend, and for any 8 year old curious about it, their company always does that. Their artists rarely go on these shows because it would be an embarrassement for their idols to come back empty handed. Which is why they only participate if their activity had enough impact during the year to assure them an award.
