Some fellow tech speedrunners (Krythom, Gusten) and I spent some time a while back trying to recreate the persistent float used in the beginning with the mask shard.

The glitch works, obviously, but there is no angle or corner drop or anything that we were able to find to get down there from that angle, in fact, it was much easier from the grub father shard and I was able to do it with 100% consistency.

I find if so funny that he doesn’t even consider the fact that when you fight the mantis sisters you don’t actually kill them and once you defeat them all the mantis guarding the mantis claw won’t attack you please forgive me me if he did actually do that I haven’t gotten to far in the video
