When i comes to multiple use of cards I am with you... I am quite sure about 1-2 games higher up in your list... I wonder if sthg more obscure and casual like Friese's Landlord or Port Royal will show up though...

Nice to see Lewis and Clark on your list. Rapa Nui was a surprise - nice little card game that I would not have known about had Rahdo not done a run through.

FYI, I hate the black box edition ofGlory to Rome as well....I don't understand the appeal. The original looks way better.

I really have no idea what to expect in your top ten. Also, I have never understood Tom Vassal's love for Cosmic Encounter; I think you got the ranking more spot on.

I was just introduced to Glory To Rome late last year and while I couldn't disagree with you more on liking the look of the original version over the Black Box edition, I love this game even though I totally SUCK at it. It is, however, the #1 game that I'm terrible at that actually makes me want to play it more to try and actually figure out a strategy.

The list is so unique with quality games. I think each block of 10 games would hold unique value to each person. To prove that out, you could have a vote by others to rate each block of 10. 
I liked 100-91 but 90-81 has cosmic encounter in it. This list has the have a drop off (at some point) doesn't it?!?!

Totally agree with your opinion on the Glory to Rome original game. I like it better than the Black box edition since not only is it more colorful, but it has a ton more attitude and flavor. I did get rid of the flimsy clamshell though and housed it in a durable plastic case..

How come you haven't done a video review of forbidden desert? Wink wink
