CP Pune Amitesh Kumar when had no answer of Pranab ji's strong and relevant objection , he started meaningless shouting , giving baseless
arguments ; 1 . why two blood samples were taken . and
2 . why b.samples were taken after 5 hours despite of knowing that after 5 hours there will be no inferences of alcohols in blood , he gave no answer
and to protect himself continued shouting , but Arnab ji talked in calm way .

CP Pune is irresponsible and higher authorities should take departmental action against him
