ОтветитьA very efficient how-to-video! KOSHER Salt is a Must - the Diamond Crystal brand! (NOT Morton's Kosher Salt; trust me; otherwise, the pizza crust will be way to salty. No, I've nothing to do with the aforementioned DC brand.)
This recipe ends up with 1 lbs pizza dough. If you prefer 'Thin Crust' pizza, half it once is comes out of the bread maker; wrap up the other half in tight plastic wrap and freeze it.
This model's recipe book: edits (from experience): Prep. the ingredients in advance, like in video (otherwise, you better have 3 sets of measuring spoons readily available). Because I have only one set of meas. spoons, I 'eyeballed' the honey ingredient (using my unused 1 tsp measuring spoon as a sight reference for volume). Upon removing the pizza dough from the bread maker and placing on pizza pan, coat your hands with Olive Oil to better assist with 'stretching the dough' to fit your pan.
This recipes call for cornmeal to coat the baking pan; didn't have any. Coated pan with a thin layer of OO. Pizza removal was fine without it, and the pizza crust was excellent.
Using a 'Convection Oven'? 18 minutes, not the recipe booklet's suggested 25 minutes.
