The traitors Brutus and Cassius killed the best man who ever lived in Rome because Caesar knew well how corrupt the senate was and how much harm he was causing to the people of Rome and the political system his goal was to eliminate him but unfortunately he didn't have time.

Caesar was way ahead of his time, he had respect for the common man and for his warring opposition. He never underestimated them, the only time he did, was his own blood and they destroyed him because he knew that he needed to include barbarians and other conquered lands most honest leaders to senate
