Aye I just found your channel and you the real MVP!!! I’m just starting meal prep journey and getting in gym. I been overwhelmed with finding good meal prep ideas I like and hands down your videos are the best. I thought I’ll be eating chicken, rice and broccoli forever.

I like to use quick oats instead of breadcrumbs in meatloaf. I think it keeps the meatloaf a bit more moist and adds fiber. You can also use quick oats in place of crumbs in meatballs and salmon patties. Yours looks delicious as it is, just an option for people looking to add in some extra fiber.

I think it's interesting that you still use Heinz ketchup and Kroger brand of Worcestershire Sauce. Heinz ketchup has both high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup in. The Kroger brand of Worcestershire Sauce is better than other brands, but it also has caramel color in. Lea & Perrins is more expensive, but it has clean good ingredients in.

little tip, dont store cut up onion, until its frozen, its unhealthy cause it starts to develop certain toxins that are harmful for your body.

Instead of dry onion soup mix-a lot sodium…try blending for 2 1/2 lbs ground meat..4 slices of bread , add to meat and blend parsley, carrotsx2, celery x2, garlicx1, onion, dry mustard ,pepper , salt and egg. Place in loaf pan top with a mix of ketchup/brown sugar, dry mustard .enjoy I hope😊😊😊so delicious
