Great vid, you forgot to mention it gets harder as you reduce fat.
I'm currently having 1200 calories to the 0.1gram, 15k steps, 30 mins HISS daily, 130g of protein, and train four times a week
And I'm lucky to loose 1% of body weight per week.
It gets exhausting!
Hey guys, this is a random question not exactly related to this video but not sure where else to ask. I don't go on most social media platforms; thus, I do not have an instagram.
