ОтветитьI absolutely loved this tut it’s so perfect but I’m still stuck on the fact she says textured brush like I have on but it doesn’t smudge like this unless it is a smudge brush but still when applying the technique to actual characters it just smudges all over the place and looks bad yk, someone help 😭
ОтветитьI've always seen the ✨flesh orbs✨ everywhere, but I didn't exactly understand them. I now totally do thanks to breaking down the WHY for me!

ОтветитьIs this all on the same layer and does this work on procreate
Ответитьcan you pls link the brushes you used? this is kind of hard to follow along if you dont have the brushes, not all brushes have the same effect as yours
ОтветитьHoly crap what a great and efficient tutorial.
ОтветитьI do cel shading but didn't know the term until recently 😅 I've always wanted to do soft shading, but it never looks right bc I suck at it lol. Also, cel shading is just simpler

"thats just how it is" it genuinely my favourite thing to hear when i'm learning things. the second my math teacher said "thats just how it is" instead of overcomplicating things, it got easy
ОтветитьThat has to be the ugliest freaking thumbnail I've ever had the disgrace to see. Disgusting
ОтветитьI definitely prefer the look of soft shading, but that would take so long to do on animation- so hello cell shading for me!
ОтветитьThis was definitely what I needed to watch to improve on my rendering. Thanks so much!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video! I learnt how to make the most lovely shading on my artwork because of you! 🥺❤

ОтветитьDo you have a video on how to blend colors? I'm really new to this
ОтветитьFor all you interested, your go to must be:
1. Pick the base colour.
2. For the shadow you go a little bit more saturated and closer to purple. (To the right in the color picker, down in the hue picker)
3. For the lights, you go less saturated and closer to yellow. (To the left in color picker and up in hue picker)
4. You also need a reddish tone in the transition zones in cheeks, ears and fingers.
All in all, from light to shadows, the color picker must go in kind of an inverted C shaped path.
I do a great lineart and then remder everything and now looks like 2 persons did it
ОтветитьI use cool colors for white skin and warm colors for black skin, I think it works good
