I like to think that Victor Maitland (Beverly Hills Cop) was a drug shipping badass KGB agent and survived the gunshots by Axel Foley. He fled to Vietnam to ensure drugs kept going to America and the KGB put him in charge of this POW camp that Rambo annihilated. I'm sure there is a way to work in General Orlov (Octopussy) a year before that, but that's A LOT of gun shot surviving...
