ОтветитьThank you. I been trying so many diet, my maintenance calorie is 2461 calories, I decide to eat healthy and cut it to 1800 calories a day, will start meal prep Saturday. I use to eat 1200 calories, can’t keep up with it. I decide to eat more now and healthy. Thanks again

ОтветитьI like the fact of how he incorporates a lot of fruit into his meal preps. Most people avoid eating fruit but in my opinion I think it's great bc it keeps blood sugar levels stable out through the day and so therefore your not crashing by the end of the night nor do you feel like your depleted of energy before a workout

I don’t know that you freeze any of your main meal bowls? How long would it take you to go through the food you are showing you prepared?
I would think freezing a burrito and 1 protein/rice bowl you’re stocking up meals? THAT is important to do I think. Life is fast and furious.
