ОтветитьI definitely liked Giada’s Penne with Shrimp & Herbed Cream Sauce and her “ItalianHelper”. However, I definitely prefer my Fettuccine Alfredo authentic!
If you want to save yourself a whopping 1,642 Calories by omitting the 2 cups of Heavy Cream... It’s extremely easy! The overwhelming majority of larger Supermarkets sell Irish Butter such as “Kerrygold”. Then use Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. If you’re going for “Authentic Fettuccine Alfredo” don’t add the Lemon juice or zest either.

ОтветитьNever heard of selfish pasta with parmesan and cream. Scratching my head here. Being married to a Napolitano for 18 years and being in the family for 24, I never saw my husband, mother in law, father in lar, no in laws of friends mix shell fish with cream and parmesan. Sorry Giada!
