Vanessa describes how she obtained her All Access Pass with the United States National Park Service at The Grand Canyon East Gate. The Interagency Access Pass (All Access Pass) may be issued to US citizens or permanent residents of any age that have been medically determined to have a permanent disability (does not have to be a 100% disability) that severely limits one or more major life activities.

Seriously use the East Gate during high-traffic days!
