COVID-19 brings economic uncertainty, cautious optimism for recovery

COVID-19 has brought a lot of economic uncertainty with it. Stock market plunges and reduced services have many concerned with what the economic impacts will be, and what the recovery will look like. SFU Beedie School of Business professor Andrey Pavlov says that this presents an opportunity, and advises us to keep the bigger picture in mind.
