ОтветитьYou're right about the happy medium. It's easy to get burnt out with inadequate sleep. I attend HIIT class at 5:00am most days. The social aspect and immediate workouts make you feel like a boss. Just going outside when the world is still asleep and seeing the night sky is a huge reward. 5:00am workouts boost my productivity to the moon! Would love to see you try yoga for a week! Thanks!

I DID yawn when you yawned even before I saw the question at the top of the screen. I've also tried the 5 a.m thing but by lunch time I felt exhausted. However 6 or 6:30 a.m does it for me!

ОтветитьYou should look into the book called : "The miracle morning" because if you really want to improve your level productivity during the day this is the best method in my opinion. Especially considering that you do not necessarily have to wake up so early as 5am. Keep going your videos you are doing a great job!

ОтветитьI have 5am shifts, so I have to be at work at 5am instead. I have to get up at 3am try to at least, and try at least to leave the neighborhood exactly at 4am because I work far from home. So try a 3am wake up instead? Just suggestions??
