My character rig uses nothing but shape keys for the mouth. I have drivers and bones set up to change the mouth shape.

Ответитьwhy my animation which is made in action editor in dope sheet in blender is replaced by a new pose I made in pose library and when I delete that new pose all things work well So What I have to do to create a new body pose in blender????

I have 100500+ minutes of animations ahead. But I will use one extra time saving method: collaborate. But even with a team I'm afraid I can't come up on time without re-using animation assets. Ответитьfor extra views you could help newbies like me out with some new videos, some step by step saving a pose or simple workflow for a combination of two or 3 movements and how to do it. like for example making a scene someone walking to a counter, stopping, and proceed to talk with hand movements, even without mouth movements for example :D just body motion

I've got a lazy lip sync tip, that usually produces pretty good results. Create shape keys for your character model's facial movements in the order of the OVR Lipsync plugin documentation. Using Unity OVR Lipsync, ShaderMotion, and FBX Exporter, you import your character model into Unity and set the rig type as Humanoid. Make sure it has an Animator component, then add OVR Lipsync Context & Context Morph Target components. Configure the audio clip settings to your liking, make sure the Conext Morph Target points to your character model's mesh, create a blank animation, and open the ShaderMotion Animation Recorder on your model's Animator component. Set your frame rate as desired, plug in the blank animation, and press play (don't forget to press start on the Animation Recorder). Once it's finished, create an Animation Controller, create a new state on the base layer, and plug in the animation that you just recorded. Select the character model parent, open the FBX Exporter menu, define your path, change ASCII to Binary, and make sure Animated Skinned Mesh is ticked.
Import your animation dummy into blender, grab them sweet keyframes, and pop 'em on your character model. It's free, and more or less beginner friendly!
Note to self: always make your characters wear a mask that covers at least the mouth

ОтветитьWould you mind if I asked you why you prefer modeling your character though editing instead of sculpt? I have the same preference but as a newbie I can only justify it on not wanting to deal with retopology
