I built your Honda Element in 54 seconds at the Honda East Liberty Plant. I was a supplier engineer for the dashboard.

Very nice. Looks like an '06. I bought my '05 LX AWD 5-Speed with a bad engine and I replaced it myself with a JDM engine and it runs great now. Not a difficult project at all. I also got a professional to repair the drivers seat. You can't install JDM engines in Elements '07 or later as the K24 internals and PCMs are different.

Did the Kilmat help with road noise?

I have a 03 with 220k and it runs great and is ultra reliable.
