This is the most delightful baking video I’ve seen in a long time!!

looks good but when she wipes the side of the cookie with her finger that was a little too much. Treat your viewers as though they were going to eat your cookies and no licking fingers on camera. Also cookies are overbooked too dark.

Why do my cooky ridges flatten out in the oven? They loose great line/peaks?

What are the rest of ingredients and how much ?

To make your parchment not to move, add a little dough at the bottom of pan and parchment paper will stick. It won’t move anymore!
