Ordered today! I’ve had the same Morley Volume on my board sense 2007 with no issues other than to tighten the screws every few years lol. I use it heavily in my playing style and it’s never let me down. I have no doubt this will be the same quality.

Just got mine, immediately figured out how to make 70's porn music more aggressive. I fucking hate the cry baby wahs, they have so much treble when you hit the bottom of the sweep it hurts your ears. For some reason my guitar center only carries cry baby wahs and voxs, never morley, or MXR, from my experience, go with the bad horsie 2 or this one (this is essentially a bad horsie as just a contour/ volume pedal, they sound a LITTLE different, but they are similar enough for it to not matter which one you pick, Bad horsie pedals are nearly always 50$ used though)

For the first year after Derek & the Dominoes was released, I listened and learned how to play every song on the! album. I did this not only because the material screamed "The Newest Album to be deemed a Classic in its genre even though it's a brand new release", I new there would be performances that would rival the material.
There are cool little gems to mine and become a part of your own playing style i/e Bobby Whitlock's piano work on "Have You Ever Loved a Woman"* and "Tell the Truth" and "Key to the Highway" *(Yeah, I had NEVER heard electric blues served up that way and I was spoiled to it ever since). Clapton's fluid, blistering soloing was to hear for the first time to experience his genius. Real genius. Thank you. And Bobby Whitlock? Here's a breif true story: my father had an 18 piece swing band (a la 1940's style) and his bass player was named Robert Whitlock! When I had an opportunity to meet him I asked him did he know Bobby Whitlock? He did, and told me that he ran into him when picking up checks at the Union Hall. He told me that Bobby was "one hell of a musician and a damn decent guy."
Those are some of the memories I have of one of the most important rock albums of the 20th century.

Why is this guy playing right handed and using his left foot on Wah? Is he an extra terrestrial!? 🤣 I don't trust him already! 🧐
