There is no question that we can transmit all manner of EM energies: e.g. radio, light, microwaves, etc. There is no question that we can focus and direct those energies: e.g. lasers, masers, holosonics, particle beams, and don't forget Tesla. There is no question that many of these energies can be harmful or even deadly: e.g. rap music.

Death rays are neat and everything and i'm sure they have their place. But for me theres nothing like lobbing lumps of lead downrange.

I'm sure this Matthews guy really had the technology. Back in the day a lot of things were developed and completely covered up. If anyone gets the chance they should try to get hold of Anthony SUttons book THE VIEW FROM 4 SPACE and William Lynes books about suppressed inventions. Even Noam Chomsky had to concede that MIT's chief purpose was to identify and suppress new inventions.

This reminds me of the laser weaponry which could have possibly been tested buy military in Antarctica in recent years by USA and China.

Tesla's involvement in Project Rainbow is STILL, much more important than EVEN his work on rediscovering broadcast power! Let alone 'Death Rays', which, we Americans perfected under Clinton. ^_^
