As much as I was enjoying the catches you made; I watched you cut some line off to re-tie your jig. Then you let the tag end drop to the ground and I did not see you pick it up. Small vertebrates can find that and eat it. I was an avid fisher when I was more physically able and I was distressed to see you do that. I won't be watching more of your content, sadly.

Why do some bass fisherman use such heavy line, unless your fishing a tourney or something using lighter line is way more fun and when fishing clear water light line is the way to go, I caught a 25 pound carp on 6 pound test so using 20 pound line is a bit over the top, max I’ll use is 15 pound, but honestly it don’t matter I just wanted to mention that

They’re up shallow feeding. A lot of times in ponds bass spawn over a long period of time due to limited space. So they may have been up
Feeding waiting to spawn or they recently spawned and are up feeding and restoring energy

squarebill cranks, weightless senkos, and swimjigs. Keep it up man!
