Ответитьlooks pretty fun tbh
ОтветитьI worked at a DSW warehouse for 3 months and already hated every single second of it, I don’t care how easy or hard the jobs were, the people I worked with were terrible, bosses were terrible, it always took me a long time to walk to the break room cuz how far it is, and I’m only 19 everybody else in there were older then me with kids and families and grandparents, I was the only young guy there
ОтветитьStop taking from the back pallet, every forklifts nightmare 😂
Ответитьdoing this at slower pace part time wouldnt be as bad but at this constant pace for 8-10 hours would be brutal
ОтветитьWhat company is this?
ОтветитьWow this looks absolutely miserable
Ответитьjenga
ОтветитьI was doing stock work for about a year and couldn't handle it. i can't even imagine how crappy this must b
ОтветитьI'd like to see something in this kind of camera setup but with someone driving a reach truck.

ОтветитьWhat is this type of job called?
Ответитьwhat is this type of job called?
ОтветитьI interviewed at this exact place and they offered a $24/hr starting wage for 3rd shift which is honestly pretty good for my area. But the thought of spending 10 hours a night in a freezer 4 nights a week was just too much. Nothing but respect for the people who do this.
ОтветитьI got anxious and tired just watching this! geez lol
ОтветитьShitty case picks, but your quick... as lead I'd always assign myself full pallet picks lol
ОтветитьDude, who trained you?
ОтветитьDo I miss HEB no where I was introduced to painkillers and like a dummy started buying and taking them from a guy that was way older then me I was in my early 20s from 2008 to 2012 and in 2014 worked there again but in a different wearhouse and what do you know people taking pills there to didn't stop until 2015 through the Holy Spirit Jesus Christ and family that prayed that I stopped and me wanting nothing more then to stop all that I mean this guy would take 4 to 5 different pills he showed me like wow bless his soul that's all I can say I'm happy I was able to stop but through Pot as well kinda helped me stop to starting at Spartan Nash Monday as I have order selecting experience as well stopped all the pills in 2015 almost went to jail because of getting stopped with pills I don't drink either or cigarettes I couldn't turn to so just the weed for so I stopped a lot of shit
ОтветитьThis guy is a fucking robot.
Ответитьgood video but it does give me ptsd lmaooo
ОтветитьCheers mate, just did an induction for this job. Weren’t wrong about being fast paced and time limits per pallet. Cheers for the vid 👍🏻
ОтветитьI've done this job before, We were in -5 and 0 degree warehouse, it was -5 on one end and 0 on the other. God my hands are on fire thinking about it. That cold hurts.
ОтветитьMad respect man, warehouse work was the one job I openly quit in the first month absolutely couldn't stand it.
ОтветитьLittle tip on productivity speeds, always stack on the same side you are picking. The time it takes to jump around to the other side multiple times in a trip add up. I also noticed you nitpick a lot at your stack, if its not leaning or horribly placed, leave it. At my warehouse we called it One Touch freight, will speed you up a lot. Also helps to visualize where that box is going as you are picking it. Other than that, decent speed and pretty good stacking. Keep it up man, its a rough job on the body so make sure you get proper rest between shifts.
ОтветитьPick one
ОтветитьI did this at C&S for a year and these dudes know how to HUSTLE for real, some of the guys there were picking 500 cases per hour and it was incentive based pay. They were making bank compared to my 160 cases per hour lol. Much respect to everyone that does this
ОтветитьThat is crazy.
